- Public Building Use Form - Anyone wishing to use any district building or grounds, must fill out a building use form and submit it to the district by fax (570)673-3680 or email mjannone@canton.k12.pa.us
- Rules for Gym Floor Use
- CASD employees must use the "Employee form" located in the Business Office forms section of the website. If you are requesting on behalf of an outside organization, you must use the public form. Please fill out and submit to the building prinicipal.
